Ganfaner Returns & Refunds

At Ganfaner, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — fast.

## Our 30-Day Promise

You have **30 days from the day your order arrives** to request a return for any reason. 

## What Can Be Returned

✅ **Unopened packs** in their original packaging — full refund, no questions asked.

✅ **Damaged, defective, or wrong items** — full refund or free replacement, 
your choice. Keep the product (no need to ship back). We just need a clear photo within 7 days of delivery.

## How to Start a Return

1. Email us at **support@ganfaner.com** with your order number and a brief reason for the return (one sentence is fine).
2. We'll reply within **24 hours (Mon–Fri)** with next steps.
3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within  **2 business days**.

## When You'll See Your Money

If 10 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund and you still don't see it, email us at support@ganfaner.com — we'll chase it down with the payment processor on your behalf.

## Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order **free of charge within 12 hours of placing it**, 
as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Email support@ganfaner.com with your order number and we'll process the cancellation right away.

If your order has already shipped, treat it as a return (see above).
