1. Are your food boxes safe to use with food?
Yes. Every Ganfaner product is 100% BPA-free and made from food-grade materials that meet FDA standards. Our paper bowls, kraft boxes, and bento trays are all tested for direct contact with hot, cold, oily, and saucy foods.

2. Can I put your bowls and containers in the microwave?
Most of our paper bowls and plastic meal prep containers are microwave-safe — look for the "Microwave Safe" tag on the product page. Cardboard pastry boxes and wooden bento boxes are not designed for microwave use; they're meant for serving and transport.

3. Are your products freezer-safe?
Our paper bowls with PP lids and our 49oz plastic meal prep containers are freezer-safe and great for batch cooking. The cardboard boxes and wooden bentos are not recommended for long-term freezer storage.

4. Are your boxes leak-proof?
Our paper bowls feature an inner PE coating and snap-on lids that hold soup, salad dressing, sauces, and acai-bowl liquids without leaking. Cardboard pastry and charcuterie boxes are designed for dry foods (cookies, pastries, charcuterie, sandwiches) and are oil-resistant but not liquid-tight.

5. Are your products eco-friendly?
Most of our paper bowls and kraft boxes are made from recyclable, food-grade paperboard with biodegradable window film. We're working toward fully compostable lines — products that are compostable will be clearly labeled. Our shipping packaging uses recycled cardboard.

6. Where do you ship from, and how long does delivery take?
Ganfaner ship from our US warehouse to all 50 states. Standard orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. We do not currently ship to PO boxes or international addresses.

7. How much does shipping cost?
Free standard shipping within the contiguous US.

8. What's your return policy?
You can return any unused, unopened item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method. To start a return, just email support@ganfaner.com with your order number — we'll send you a prepaid return label if the issue is on our end (wrong item, damaged in transit, etc.).

9. My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
We're sorry — please email us at support@ganfaner.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll replace the item or refund you in full, no questions asked.

10. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Because we ship orders within 1–2 business days, we can usually only cancel or change orders within 2 hours of placing them. Email us right away at support@ganfaner.com — if your order hasn't shipped, we'll do our best to help.

11. Do you offer bulk discounts for events, restaurants, or cafés?
Yes! For orders of 100+ units of the same product, we offer wholesale pricing. Visit our Wholesale page or email support@ganfaner.com with your product list and quantities for a custom quote.

12. Can I use these boxes for selling my own baked goods or catering?
Absolutely — many of our customers are home bakers, charcuterie artists, meal-prep entrepreneurs, and small caterers. All our food-contact products meet US FDA food-grade standards. If you need custom logo printing on your packaging, contact our team for MOQ and pricing.
